With over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, Gene Slade has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities of these industries.

Gene’s career began in the 1990s as a helper for his Dad’s HVAC company. Over the years, he worked his way up the ranks to become the owner of the 59th fastest-growing construction company in the States. During this time, he honed his sales skills and developed a passion for helping others improve their sales performance.

In 2014, Gene founded his own sales training and consulting firm, specializing in helping companies in the HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical Trades industries improve their sales performance. He has since worked with hundreds of companies, from small local businesses to large national corporations, to help them increase their sales, build lasting customer relationships, and grow their businesses.
